Black Olive Tapenade

This is a great one to make up and keep in the fridge for snacks. You can spread it on crackers or like in my next video coming out, chinese lettuce.
It’s easy and quick to make and healthy too!! Oh yeah, and it’s RAW!!
You can double the recipe if you like and remember, adjust things according to taste as when you use fresh ingredients, taste will change.

Black Olive Tapenade

Put all ingredients in processor

1 cup almonds

approx 15 black olives (pit removed)

bunch of parsley ( or cilantro, tyme or any other herb you like)

squeeze of 1/2 lemon

1-2 garlic cloves cut up

1/4 tsp celtic sea salt

approx. 2 tbsp olive oil (or any other oil like flax, hemp etc)

Process until smooth but still istextured, adjust herbs, salt, lemon or garlic to taste.

Enjoy.

Will store in container in fridge for about 1 week
