Quinoa & Kale Salad

Now of course this isn’t raw with the Quinoa, but Quinoa is so very good for you. The veggies are raw and Black Quinoa is a nice change!!
Quinoa is packed with protein, fiber,calcium and iron…..good for us girls!!
