If you have never heard of this before and want an easy to use tool that will enable you to help yourself, this is the tool!!!
Tapping is easy to learn, simple to use and the results are amazing and permanent. Yes, it looks funny doing it (my one friend calls it ‘hippy dippy stuff’, but she also knows it works) and science is backing it! Everything you have ever thought, felt, said or experienced is held in the body, if you are experiencing negative emotions (ie anxiety, depression, fear, low self confidence and so on), tapping helps by releasing them. Tapping is a form of emotional acupressure, as it is done on acupressure points on the body but with using your fingers (instead of needles!!).
Once these negative emotions are released, one’s attitude, perception even health can change and for the better!!!
Tapping can be used on:
fears, phobias, guilt, low self confidence, smoking, cravings, weight and eating issues, stress, anxiety, headaches or pains, procrastination and well I could go on!!!!

Sounds like some thing a lot of baby boomers should study. The feelings of neglect are there in many levels when one is over the hill.
Check that off the list of things I was cofnused about.
