What does it mean to be fully present?
It’s our senses that make this reality so real,
so
what if you paid attention to all of them
at once.
See what you are looking at while
feeling where you are sitting or standing while
hearing any sounds or noises while
smelling any smells while
feeling any sensations in the body,
and just being aware of all of it,
without judgment and as often as possible.
That takes slowing down
and practice!
