I have spent this past week moving – new place – new beginnings……..sometimes life presents us with a new door to open and go through with ease. I know for me I sometimes keep going to a door that has been closed or not opening try to force it open……maybe you have too.
Its a time that I am looking at a few things in my life that are working and are not and letting go of the things that aren’t and there is no right or wrong, just changing of the mind or New Beginnings.
A friend sent a great quote this morning I would love to share……

The more you take responsibility for your past and present, the more you are able to create the future you seek.
If you’re feeling stuck in any area of your life, take responsibility for your part in the situation – this was a hard one for me – learning that even the crap in my life was due to me creating it – we are the creators – all of it – good, bad and the ugly – the sooner I could realize that AND take responsibility things shifted.and see if you can accept (you don’t have to like it), let go, and move on.
Oh and I stopped beating myself up about any of it!!!

In my life experience so far, I have had many obstacles, walls and hardships come my way. One of the best things I started doing was take responsibility for everything in my life – the good, the bad, the ugly oh and the great. All of it was because of me – nothing outside of me.
I can say about myself is that I haven’t always faced my obstacles – I did play the blame game or played the victim, when I realized no matter what I am responsible things started shifting. When I looked at my life and stepped into the fear of the unknown but had goals, stayed focused and took on the Unstoppable Attitude – things started shifting.
I share the photo (yes I took it) of the Eagle as it’s one of my favorite animals but if you ever have the chance to watch them they too have that attitude. They fly the highest, are usually perched the highest – approximately 1000 sq feet high in the air flying could spot prey in a 3 mile radius, have eye sight that can spot a rabbit moving about a mile away, can see forward and side ways at the same time, can see deep in the water fish from 100’s of feet above and can live to be about 48 years old.
Eagles have an Unstoppable Attitude – where in your life or business could you bring more laser focus, or the Unstoppable Attitude in?
Overcoming obstacles and stepping into your fears and knowing where you are going allows you to achieve your goals and dreams no matter what comes in your way!
Some people have that dream, some don’t and some don’t care either way – Most people though want more out of life but may be scared to make the changes needed.
I have had the pleasure of working on my own for several years now, but most of that was still trading time for money – I had my own little day spa, direct sales business, some teaching and coaching clients in EFT, healthy eating and Raw Foods, then I had a car accident that really woke me up to the fact if I can’t work well I don’t get paid especially if I have my own business.
During some of that time I also dabbled yes dabbled in a few Network Marketing companies – made some money, lost some money, had some success, had some failures too, made some great friends, had some good experiences and learned a lot!!
I lost site of my dreams for awhile, life got in the way and so did a lot of crap – have to be honest here as my road hasn’t been paved all with roses lol
One day a fairly new friend asked me a couple of powerful questions that started me on the journey of not only getting back into Network Marketing but discovering who I really am and be.
This is what she asked me –
If time or money were not an issued – would you be doing and living like you are now?
If you had a monthly income of $50 000 – who would you be that you are not being now?
Do you have your Dream job with your Dream pay?
Are you living your Dream life?
If not for any of those, why not? – which to all was a BIG FAT NO!!!!
And I couldn’t answer why not – this is life, this is a good as it gets and I’ve tried before I kind of half muttered back to her.
Really?? was all she answered ( and it wasn’t even about Network Marketing at the time)
Sounds like you are giving up or settling, is that true? Which made me stop and ponder, as she was totally right.
Holy crap – she might have just smacked me across the face!! lol
I went through a very stressful time shortly before that conversation – having been an affiliate of a company and also working for them that got shut down without any notice – I lost both incomes, as the same time I was moving to new city where I knew no one and splitting up with my husband – ouch!!
I knew things had to change and it had to start with me if I wanted to create a different story – a better one for my life – and my kids.
Is working from home for everyone possibly, can everyone do it? It’s totally up to you – it does take time, effort and stepping out of one’s comfort zone, for some learning new skills, creating relationships, believing in themselves, the product and company.
For me, I have always loved to have my freedom – not punching a clock for someone else, being told what I am worth, when I have to work, take a break or if I can attend my kids events. I am lucky but also have worked for it. If you have never considered the profession and you are unhappy with your current situation maybe it’s time.
I know for myself I couldn’t go back to being an employee or my old ways – so is it worth it? For me a BIG FAT YES!!!
For YOU? Only You can decide that, and I will follow up with some good things to look for in a company, why I choose the one I did and more of my journey as I am getting closer to my dreams and dream life!!.

I love this photo – it is of my kids when they were younger and I took them into the studio on my birthday one day and I got a bunch of great photos of them in a short time – you know kids!!
But saying that as you can see here they are being silly, themselves and totally in the moment and not at all worrying about things or putting themselves down.
Here is a question for you – how often during the day do you think about or criticize your body or parts of your body?
Something like this – OOOOh I shouldn’t have eaten that!!
Oh that is going to go right to my hips!!
Oh my thighs are fat (or whatever else) and I hate you.
I have no boobs!
My hair is terrible!
God, I look old and tired today!
Oh I look fat!
I look fat in this outfit – oh I hate my body!
and so on and so on
How often do you say or think – thighs I love you, I love you no matter what size you are!!
Body – no matter what I just love you!
Today we are going to be friends, lovers actually!!
Seriously, how often is the first scene more common than the bottom one?
I know, I speak from experience – we can be brutal.
Here’s a thought I want to leave you with.
WE are NOT our bodies – yes it’s true. Think of it this way – you live in a house (or apartment or tent or wherever) when you move you leave that house – you are not that house, as the same for your body – it’s your house while you are here but when you die, you really don’t die just your body does, so you are not your body, so why not make peace with it and get along as great friends or better yet lovers as would you talk to one of your friends or lovers the way you do sometimes to your body??
If not, then stop it!!!
Practice each day throughout the day just sending your body love and gratitude. Remember Dr. Emoto – messages in water, well we are mostly water so what you send out in the way of thoughts and feelings to your body, your body picks up everything and if you are not liking your body it hears that.
Happy, loving feelings, thoughts and emotions are powerful transmitters, as everything is energy!!!
Ever go into a friends house and you can feel the tension, later she admits her and her husband had a big fight right before you came over, and I could go on with examples.
Match the vibration of what you would like – now you probably won’t change into a 5’10” model figure but honestly would you really want that? Look around, bodies come in all sizes and shapes – there is NO ONE who is perfect, besides, perfect is boring!! Loving your body as it is healthy living – try it you might like it!! 🙂

I previous mentioned that I was not going to talk about food much but interesting enough I have been in conversations the last few days and it keeps coming up for me. I realize that all my studying, training, trial and errors, eating disorders etc that I do in fact know a lot yet at the same time I know so little but I do know that most people are very confused!!!
When I was in my teens I counted calories like crazy and weighed myself oh probably 2 – 5 times a day – not healthy!!
I started counting carbs, proteins etc – not healthy and man what a time consumer!!
I even tried different diets (ha google that word and see how many come up – like seriously) – not healthy!!
I restricted myself many times – not healthy!!
Then I would over eat or binge – not healthy!!
If I ate something I thought I shouldn’t eat or wasn’t suppose to eat I would beat myself up – not healthy!!!
If I ate only a few things day in or day out – not healthy!!!
If I keep going to the fridge even though I was full and keep eating – not healthy!!
Going all day without eating then eating all night right before bed and late into the evening – hot healthy!!
If I ate in front of the tv or computer – not healthy!!!
If I ate only completely dead or processed foods – not healthy!!!!
Get the picture?? Can you relate to any of those? This is not to beat yourself up over as here are a few things to keep it easy and healthy.
Eat as natural or fresh as often as possible – which in the summer months is easy depending on where you live.
Try to stay away from or eat as little as possible of processed, dead foods – or as I like to call them ‘ chemical concoctions called food’.
Keep it as close to nature as possible.
When buying canned or package foods – be able to read and know the ingredients – in other words if you can’t pronounce it or can’t even figure out what the heck it is stay away – keep the ingredient list simple.
Use Superfoods like Hemp, Chia, Goji’s Coconut Oil, etc
Eat when hungry.
Drink lots of water.
Try and stay away from breads, pasteurization, most dairy, homogenization (find out why and you won’t choose products with that done to them), synthetic vitamins, whites -like sugar and flour just to give you an idea
Even by eating as healthy as one can for their own body you still need to add in super foods and supplement – just make sure it’s real food type supplements and not symthetics
Eating Healthy doesn’t have to be hard, difficult, boring or frustrating.

Many of us seem to get stuck in repeated patterns whether they serve us or not – believe me I know!!! We sometimes don’t think we can change, are resistant to change, don’t know how to change or where to begin.
I found this story and thought I would share it as I think it’s quite interesting on how easy we do become programmed.
During a research experiment a marine biologist placed a shark into a large holding tank and then released several small bait fish into the tank.
As you would expect, the shark quickly swam around the tank, attacked and ate the smaller fish.
The marine biologist then inserted a strong piece of clear fiberglass into the tank, creating two separate partitions. She then put the shark on one side of the fiberglass and a new set of bait fish on the other.
Again, the shark quickly attacked. This time, however, the shark slammed into the fiberglass divider and bounced off. Undeterred, the shark kept repeating this behavior every few minutes to no avail. Meanwhile, the bait fish swam around unharmed in the second partition. Eventually, about an hour into the experiment, the shark gave up.
This experiment was repeated several dozen times over the next few weeks. Each time, the shark got less aggressive and made fewer attempts to attack the bait fish, until eventually the shark got tired of hitting the fiberglass divider and simply stopped attacking altogether.
The marine biologist then removed the fiberglass divider, but the shark didn’t attack. The shark was trained to believe a barrier existed between it and the bait fish, so the bait fish swam wherever they wished, free from harm.
The moral: Many of us, after experiencing setbacks and failures, emotionally give up and stop trying. Like the shark in the story, we believe that because we were unsuccessful in the past, we will always be unsuccessful. In other words, we continue to see a barrier in our heads, even when no ‘real’ barrier exists between where we are and where we want to go.
BUT people have changed or turned their lives around and if people have done it so can you – are you ready??
