The first step of change is to become aware of your own BS – belief systems or bull shit – same thing really 🙂
There are no others out there – whatever you see outside is your own reflection – your mind is creating all of this – it’s a movie and you are the lead role – is it a blockbuster or nightmare?
The Universe has shaken me to awaken me – I saw that quote and it was so fitting. When shit happens we can either become victims or dive deep within to see what’s really going on and to clear the beliefs, patterns, programs so the real You can emerge.
It’s so worth it when you move through it – as the real You that has been covered up starts to emerge, that is the truth that will set you free!!
