Owning our stories can be hard but not really as difficult as spending our lives running from them.
Remember they are just stories and can be changed whenever you decide to.

I watched a great talk with Dr. Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden and Bruce Lipton on Youtube – so many juicy nuggets but the best most fascinating one for me was – the mind and the body do not store any memories – they are ALL stored in the field…….or I think what is also known as the Akashic Records – the body is just the processor of the emotions we attach to the memories……..how cool is that?
The mind is the accumulation of antenna that we grow in our lifetime to tune into the place in the field where the info resides.
We are resonators attuning to the field.
