Have you ever stopped and thought about what is real food?

 

This is a long post and at the end I have a little gift for you!

 

In this post I would like to share a different perspective on real food, it may stretch you a bit, but that is good isn’t it?  It may help you to eliminate dieting for ever – that is good too isn’t it?

If may help you create a healthier living eating style with ease – that is good too isn’t it?

 

That is my hope!!

 

You may have be aware of or have heard that – Everything IS Energy. Well, it’s true.

Everything IS Energy.

Yes – EVERYTHING.

No exceptions.

 

Our thoughts?? – Yup energy!

The table you sit at? – Yes

Our bodies? Yup those too

Food – why yes of course it is!

Real Foods

 

So IF Everything IS Energy, and it is, but don’t take my word for it – there are many Scientists and Quantum Physicists proving all of this, J why would one knowingly eat low vibing, fake, chemical laden foods?

 

I know – we are run by our taste buds and believe what the commercials on tv say – right? J

 

Energy has different vibrations which is really different frequencies.

An example would be a table – if you cut it open and put it under a microscope you will still find atoms and molecules moving around – hence much denser and slower but it’s energy.  No matter with the item you will find the same thing just different density or frequency.

 

And space.

 

Our bodies are 99.99999% space – yet all of us are energy of varying degrees of vibration or frequencies. If we took all that away say in our hand, what would be left would be very very small hand as all the space is gone.

You’re probably thinking, ‘what does this have to do with food?’  Stay with me here!

 

Back to everything IS Energy – including our food.  Even all the chemical concoctions labelled as food.

 

The diet industry has been lying to you.

Food manufacturers have been lying to you.

Labelling on much of the food is a lie too.

With all the mis-information, products, companies, opinions on the internet – it’s no wonder people are confused.

Real Foods

 

Lets go back to who we are.  At the very core of our being we too are energy, we are consciousness or a Soul having a human experience.  We come down and put on these body suits to create a life on planet earth.

Our bodies come from the sun and earth – everything we do we do for our bodies.  We eat to fuel them, we work to house them, cloth them, we move them, etc

 

We are part of nature – we are electric and magnetic beings held together by sacred geometric forms that run on the power of the sun.

 

Yes the sun!  You know all that sunblock – it’s not only full of toxic ingredients, killing the corral reef but also harming you.  You skin is the biggest organ – so it’s absorbing all those toxins and then what you are eating is also being released out through your pores and if your diet is full of the chemical concoctions labelled as food and you go sit in the sun…….then well guess what it does?

Yup that c word comes out.

 

I am a freckly red head and I haven’t used sun block in over 6 years and have spent much time in the sun – never at mid day of course and never for hours on end and I don’t burn – anymore!

Anyways, back to what is real food.

 

We eat the light energy from the sun in the form of food or we should be.

 

Read that again.

 

Photosynthesis is the transformation of visible light energy into consumable fuel – it’s being consumed for calories that creates heat aka energy once digested.

 

Where in packaged foods, fast foods or foods laden with chemicals (which by the way our foods now have over 10 000 chemicals) is there any sun light?

 

Isn’t it interesting that as more and more ‘food’ products have come available more and more sickness and obesity has too?

 

Labels have information on calories, fats, carbs etc but very little of it matters.

Real foods

Food ingredients – 4 simple rules I go by IF I buy canned or packaged food

 

–  Do I need to learn Swahili to say any ingredients?

–   Can I pronounce all the words cause if not, changes are I don’t have a clue what it is?

–  Do I have to carry a food dictionary around with me to figure out what an ingredient is?

–  Does it have a shelf life longer than my dog’s life?

 

Keep it simple.

 

Real foods came from Mother Nature – why does man always feel he can do better? Or is it because of money and profit??

 

Real food either has no label as it’s fresh and from the earth or very few and real ingredients in it.

 

When we eat real foods that have been grown in the sun and in the earth then we are ingesting light energy and elements.  The sun energy charges us up and the earth energy grounds us – both are needed for optimal health.  They also bring a balance of positive and negative ions.

 

When our bodies are off – we get sick.

 

Real food is one of the base necessities for a healthy life. We are all different, have different bodies and different genetics but we all need real foods.

 

Even much of our water is dead.  I have been playing with structured water – using my vitamix and magnets – I can taste and feel the difference in my water – it’s awesome!

Real Foods & Superfoods

I really believe that the movie the Matrix actually gave us some clues.  Since everything IS energy which therefore carries a frequency which is a number sequence…..yup…….if we put something in our food – aka a chemical – it will alter the food as it’s a different (man made) number frequency – then when we eat it a couple of things happen – if it’s processed, packaged or fast food – the body actually doesn’t understand the vibe, the energy, the number frequency – hence the coding of numbers so it can’t utilize or digest it, so even though we are eating we aren’t feeding the body – hence why so many people are getting sick.  Also because there is so many chemicals in our foods and many are addictive ones – you keep wanting or coming back for more as the body at a cellular level are still starving even though you might be full.

As I’ve always said – there is a difference between eating food (or chemical concoctions labelled as food) and feeding the body.

Some or well many of the food additives actually are coded so that they run programs in your mind and body – addiction, emotions and more – I know sound freaky yet its true.

 

It affects our DNA – which btw I am learning IS very important.

Food is everywhere today and unfortunately it’s slowly killing many people.

My wish and hope is more and more people wake up to more of the big fat fucking lies the food industry has lead us to believe.

 

When one truly eats more real foods then the counting of calories, carbs etc doesn’t need to happen.

 

For some that struggle with emotional eating – I will be sharing some upcoming posts on that as well.

 

Food is suppose to be our energy and somehow it has become confusing, addictive, trendy, difficult, profitizing, manipulated and mostly dead.

 

One of the best ways to nurture yourself and body, to live easier, longer and with more vitality is to eat real foods!!

Have you ever really stopped and asked yourself ‘why do I eat?’

Is it for fun, entertainment or nourishment?

What do you eat?

By that I mean have you been programmed to eat according to what the Standard American Diet is – S.A.D………….hmmmmm and I wonder who is behind that one (as in marketing it), cause once you know or understand real health, real food, optimum nutrition its nothing but a lie.

Do you buy and eat what is advertised on tv or anywhere else?

Have you ever stopped and asked yourself who is behind that as well?? I mean do you feel, think or believe it’s for real health or profit?

Consider this – if it’s made in a plant don’t eat it or if it has a commercial don’t eat it?

What do you do when you eat? Do you sit down and limit your conversation so you can focus on chewing and what you are eating or do you gobble it up, talking intensively, are on your phone either talking, texting or surfing, watching tv or on your computer?

How do you even know what you’ve eaten, what it tastes like or when you are full?

Does it make a difference?

Try it for a few days even  a week and you decide…………….it’s called Conscious Eating – or being fully present!!

Did you know that our made man foods these days (as in packaged foods) have over 10 000 chemicals in them, many which are addictive ones to keep you wanting more and coming back eating more – hence you are eating and get full but your body wants more, your body is hungry………ever experience that?

It’s because you are eating empty foods and your body is literally starving.

That is why eating real food is important to add in to your way of eating.

We need to fuel and honour our bodies like we do the tv, computer, our nails, our clothes, our phones, our hair, our trucks or cars………they may be pretty or flashy or even expensive but if we don’t have our health or our bodies what good are they?

Ps – While travelling around Florida we were in St Petersburg yesterday and found a quaint little Raw Vegan Restaurant – we don’t eat out often as we are picky and only want healthy, clean, vibrant, real food so we make our own almost always.  But we decided to see what was in the area and take a chance – Oh my!!! Probably some of the best raw foods I have ever eaten so if you are in the area go to Leafy Greens Cafe – you will NOT be disappointed!!

Hanging in the Mall….

Wow, it’s September already, where did the summer go??
I was in the mall the other day with four teenage girls, so off they went their way to go shopping and I had a little work to do, so I headed to the food court. We were in Vancouver in a big mall and the food court was a good size too. I have to admit, one of my things I love to do, quirky I know but I love to people watch and I guess because where we live, it is so much quieter and really no malls to hang out in, it was rather interesting this day.
I was amazed at seeing what foods were available and what people were eating (ok I like checking out grocery carts too in groceries stores, I know kind of weird, there is no judgement just curiosity at what people eat!!).
One thing I find interesting is how the sizes have gotten bigger over the years. Remember when, ok I am going to date myself here, but a small drink was about a 6 oz size and a large was maybe 12 or 14 oz? Well, it seems a small starts there…….and I have to ask, who needs that much sugar and junk in one sitting?? And what is the size of a large?? 32 oz and that is not the biggest for some places. In the states it only gets worse…..FREE refills!!!
And the cookies, remember the ones mom used to bake ( or someone at home), and they would fit into the palm of your hand and now they are the size of frisbees!!! But I only ate one cookie, I don’t understand why I can’t lose weight or feel crappy we hear now a days!!
Ok, I am being a little cynical here, but it was interesting watching what people were eating, totally emotionless and so many people, and this part I found rather interesting, had no sparkle to their face or eyes, it was like they were going through the motions of just eating.
Now, maybe it was just the day I was there, or the time or whatever. It made me wonder how many people really associate what they eat with how they look and feel and live life. And what we label as ‘food’. It made me realize how out of touch so many of us are with our food and health being connected.
Maybe I’m just going crazy or don’t get into the big city enough, or ahead of the times, but what ever happened to real food. We seem to have lost it somewhere.
