Return Policy

Do you accept returns on prints?
All prints are made-to-order, so all sales are final. However, if your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with clear photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier and gladly send you a replacement print.

Do you accept returns on originals or commissions?
All sales on original artworks and commissions are final. If your painting is damaged during transit, please email us at info@jodiburke.com with photos of the damage. We will provide further instructions to help arrange a replacement for your unique art piece.


What if my print is lost or stolen?
If your package shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders shipped to an incorrect address at no charge.

If a package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery, we can resend it to you with an additional shipping fee.

Please note that we are unable to reprint or replace any orders free of charge if they are lost or stolen after delivery.
