EFT is known as Emotional Freedom Technique but also Tapping. I was trained under one of the Master trainers who trained with Gary Craig when EFT was first launched years ago.
EFT is energy psychology and works by removing the negative emotional component from a situation, event memory or circumstance. Learning how to use EFT in every day life can remove distress from within your body and is easy to do!!.
